   Seems to work better than ginkgo alone with other ingredients also having an effect. I guess like with other similar products you have to take it for a long time. I was taking to reverse the effects of COVID-19 memory loss which was quite extreme in my case and I think it helped me get back to who I was before. But it took about six months. I take two pills a day in the morning as I prefer all my supplements in the morning. Priced right for the size and dose needed Natrol has always represented high quality to me, so that’s a no-brainer. I swallow with morning coffee so there is no taste and I hope for maximum benefit. I will continue to buy and hope the price doesn’t go up like most items these days.

   noticed a significant increase in my ability to communicate ideas without first thinking. My thinking is much more fluid and my ability to organize my day is much better. I am pleasantly surprised that this supplement benefited my thought processes within 30 days of taking 2 a day. By the way, this Ecosupplements price is great compared to other sellers, and the benefit of free auto-shipping with buying multiples is a real blessing.

   bought this for my mum to take as she has dementia to see if it helps. It seems to help a bit. She’s at an advanced stage now, so there’s not much we can do. But I took it after I had covid as I had brain fog from it. It really cleared my head! I was surprised and happy about it. I wasn’t taking it regularly every other day or every other day. I will definitely repurchase.

   started taking fish oil supplements to help stop feeling groggy in the morning and it worked great! But since it was working, I wanted to see what else was there. I saw good reviews for it so I was willing to give it a try and now a few weeks later I’m not sure it made any improvement. I’m all for trying this product for its value and at the current price, but I think I can safely stick with my fish oil supplements – 6/10
