   The quality of this melatonin is amazing. The taste is sweet but sweet and the dosage is just perfect for me. I started with 1mg but 3mg is better for me. I take it every night and this is my second bottle. I also take ashwagandha and the two together help me sleep much easier. I still wake up at night but falling asleep has been easier!

   bought the Natrol brand, 3mg (90) chewable melatonin tablets. The product is great, I’ve been using it for a few years now. It was a complete game-changer for us. My son (ASD/severe ADHD) takes half a pill and is having a great night’s sleep now, after years of struggling to fall asleep and waking up every 30-60 minutes. My daughter, who also has ASD and ADHD, takes a full pill and sleeps great. She used to stay awake for hours after bedtime every night. Now she’s out less than 15 minutes after her head hit the pillow. The product was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend.

   Here in Australia pharmacies will charge you $30 for 20 clay flavored tablets which is ridiculous when I can get 90 tablets for $10 here. I’ve been ordering it from Ecosupplements for almost 4 years now and this supplement has saved my life (and my wallet). Works great and strawberry tastes way better than clay lol.

   I used to only take it for flights when I wanted to fall asleep, but recently I’ve started taking it home when I don’t want to waste time trying to fall asleep. It helps and doesn’t make me feel groggy or tired in the morning, so the dosage seems appropriate. The strawberry flavor is also pleasant.

   The pills are quite small and easy to chew. I love that they dissolve immediately and the strawberry flavor is so delicious. You only need one dose to fall asleep, which is handy because a bottle of 90 tablets lasts you 3 months. The quality of my sleep is a real advantage for my day.

   I have been using the Natrol brand for a while now and the quality of their products is consistently good. It helps me sleep immediately and longer. The downside is that when you shorten your sleep after taking melatonin, you will feel a bit dizzy and sleepy. This melatonin is only small in size and chewable too, so no water needed. The dosage is just right for a good night’s sleep

   This product made me sleep! It is very easy to take as the tablets are small and melt in your mouth. They taste good too. They are easy to break in half if you don’t want to take the full 3mg. No more staying up half the night or waking up multiple times during the night!

   have 4 kids and 3 of them have ASD/ADHD and bedtimes are a nightmare. I use these 30 minutes before I start going to bed to relax them and they are out for the night. my son has trouble falling asleep and these work great. My daughter has trouble staying asleep. These work perfectly and none of them wake up groggy the next morning.

   Incredible product. I’ve been using it for a month now and really getting a good night’s sleep with it. Glad it’s 100% drug free. Well packaged and of good quality and brand. Great strawberry flavor and dissolves quickly. Good benefit for someone who has trouble falling asleep

    The quality of Love Natrol supplements in general has never disappointed. It is best to take this melatonin 30-40 minutes before bedtime. I am not used to experimenting with dosage and taking melatonin as it is written – 1 tablet. Most often it turns out to fall asleep and sleep very calmly for 7 hours. In the morning, the state of health is normal, without anxiety, excessive lethargy or aggressiveness. The taste of the tablets is strawberry, sweet and sour and quite pleasant like all other strawberries from Natrol.
