   It’s great to fall asleep very easily and sleep well and wake up rested. My life really changed for the better with this. I used to have 3mg but had trouble getting up in the morning. Now with 1 mg everything is really good.

   researched melatonin for sleep. You only need 500 micrograms, or half a milligram. I can fall asleep with half of one of those nice strawberry wafers. Taking too much melatonin is not really better. Your body only produces 1 milligram a day, and exceeding that is usually not a good idea.

   We tried the gummies but my daughter didn’t like them so we switched to the strawberry bars – which were fine. Tried one myself and found the flavor to be so enjoyable that I want to cry because for the 1st time in a VERY long time my daughter lay down and fell asleep without the awful fight which we normally have every night. I gave her the pill at 8pm and she fell asleep at 9pm which is early for her – usually around 10-11pm. We tried rolling back her sleep routine a little at a time as recommended, but it just didn’t work, it was like her body clock was completely out of sync. I hope that by getting her to sleep at a much better time, the morning will also be more pleasant (fingers crossed).

   My daughter loves the taste and one tablet is enough to help her fall asleep quickly. It was a nightmare before we started using it so my daughter often settled in taking 3 hours for her to fall asleep. Now she sleeps within 30 minutes of taking this pill.

   Really happy to have tried this product on my children. It was particularly helpful to set up a new sleep routine when summer time started (here in NSW Aus). I found that my usually hyperactive children took much less time to relax and fall asleep. I tested it one night and felt the effects instantly! Really great product

   I started using Melatonin 1mg strawberry chewable with my 3 year old. It’s an easy way for my son to take melatonin, it tastes great and helps him fall asleep in no time. The quality of these chews is of a high standard and I prefer them to the products available in our local pharmacies.

   The quality of these strawberry melatonin fondants was excellent! The ingredients, size and dosage are perfect. They enjoy good sleep and especially helped my son. The strawberry flavor is delicious and 1mg was all it needed so the dose was great! They melt very well and are better than other brands.

   For a long time our 6 year old had trouble sleeping. Even after a long day of school and play, he could never relax and fall asleep like his brother. Then we found this melatonin after hearing about it from a friend and our night routine was never the same! The size is a small chewable tablet which he says tastes good, the dosage is one tablet. He relaxes once he takes it and is able to fall asleep much easier. He now has a good night’s sleep and feels better in the morning. This product works and I highly recommend it!

    My 8 year old son often has trouble falling asleep. The doctor recommended it because once she’s asleep she stays asleep, which solved our problems to help her slow down her relaxation. She takes it 3 nights a week, not every night; or when she finds she can’t settle down. She likes the easy dissolving tablet and the taste is nice. The dosage is perfect and the size is excellent. These are so beneficial that we make sure we never run out.
