This is an excellent food-based multi, with reasonable percentages of vitamins. Most are listed as just over 100% or just over the RDA, Some multis have mega doses of certain things that I don’t need since I eat a good diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds and lean proteins. I take one in the morning after breakfast and I’m ready for the day.

I like the Women’s Once Daily because it contains methyl B12 and folate, rather than the other types of these. It contains natural ingredients. I noticed that the power is slightly less than it was, which I’m not happy about. It’s easy on the stomach, with no aftertaste.

This is the second time I’ve bought it and I intend to continue. Overall this is the best multivitamin I have found. I love that it’s vegan and made with real healthy plant ingredients. I also like that it contains a reasonable level of 100% vitamin c (I think most vitamins put too much in and that’s overkill), and it contains vitamin d3 which is supposed to be more absorbable than d2. My only concern is that I think the iron level is low for a vegetarian/vegan supplement (I’ve been iron deficient before and think that’s definitely a risk for vegetarians/vegans), but there also has iron in many food sources. so I’m not too worried about it as long as I’m careful to eat healthy.

the most important thing to know about this multi is that it is a whole food vitamin. comes in an amber glass bottle to help protect the quality. I recommend anyone to do to the nature of its purity. in general, you should get the most from dietary vitamins or whole foods.

For those who don’t like swallowing big pills, this might not be for you. I don’t have a preference so I’m fine with this product. I take this supplement daily because of its natural ingredients. There is a bit of a taste if the supplement touches your tongue but it doesn’t last long once you swallow it.

I love the ingredients in This woman’s daily whole Food multivitamin I love the fact that most of the ingredients I can pronounce and know what they are it’s a lot of more fruits and vegetables than powders and vitamin powders and all these different things and so I like the fact that it’s more whole foods and real foods that they’ve just dehydrated and ground up and made into tablets and I really like the fact that they’re vegan and they’re natural don’t take these with really hot water they definitely start dissolving in your mouth really fast but I like them I really love the vitamin amounts per serving in each of the different vitamins and I think they’re awesome I definitely buy again and I like the fact that it comes in a glass bottle
