These are perfect, you only take one a day so they are quick to take. They really don’t smell, which is great for pregnancy nausea, and they contain important vitamins and minerals, especially folate, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron, which are so important during pregnancy. I take them after giving birth and plan to take them while I’m breastfeeding.

For my first and second (this time) pregnancies, I use this product! This time I first opted for a cheaper option prescribed by my family doctor, but after a day of use I went back to this product because it was making me so sick, maybe from too much excessively high levels of all the vitamins it contained. After extensive research (again) I realized that this is the single most cost effective prenatal vitamin available on the market, made from natural materials and including no unnecessary elements. The taste is great, it never gave me any sickness in the trimesters, and one pill a day is definitely a pro compared to other natural prenatal vitamins that you need to take 2-3 a day. The only downside is that it doesn’t contain much iron for pregnant women (my 2nd trimester blood test showed a slightly lower amount than expected for pregnant women, so I was instructed to take more) but before pregnancy 18mg is enough and once pregnant this can easily be resolved by taking an iron supplement (I recommend Jamieson liquid iron as you can adjust the amount you take and it does not contain additional vitamins such as folate, B12, etc., which you shouldn’t overdose on; I think it was the only one that met both conditions. I spent tons of time researching this as well). I hope this helps you!

Moringa is proven to be highly effective at inducing abortions. I was shocked finding it in the ingredient list for this prenatal product. Please do more research. It doesn’t state how much is included and as far as I could find research has not identified the lower limit before causing miscarriage.

Sometimes it’s hard to get all the nutrients you need from food, especially when you’re pregnant. I was taking this vitamin when I was pregnant and it helped me with all the nutrients I needed. I like this one because of its quality and it’s only 1 capsule per day. I was sick most of the time during my pregnancy so it was difficult for me to take so many pills. The ingredients are all natural and I don’t mind the smell. Very good product !

Advantages: 1. Good and convenient packaging (1 tablet per day). Cons: 1. I have a strong smell of medicine in my opinion. If you’re pregnant and sensitive to smells, think twice. 2. Ingredients: Relatively low mineral content (eg manganese, zinc), below daily dietary value. You may need to add another supplement if you want a full range of vitamins and minerals. 3. No calcium or magnesium. You will need to take other supplements for them.

I literally googles how to have a smart baby and the results showed that Japanese women birth out some of the smartest babies due to the fact they eat a lot of sea kelp so I went to store in the beginning stages of my pregnancy and I got sea kelp and right next to it was a display of prenatal vitamins. It was this brand and I looked it up and it was a pretty penny that I spent and don’t regret. My daughter is definitely clued up. I also buy the probiotics in this brand for vaginal health and the kids powder probiotics for my daughter.

I like that it’s only once a day but the size is really big. I take one pill a day and it seemed to have good potency. The package came in a dark glass bottle and so far it has been effective. The taste isn’t the best for me though.

Several years ago I had to have my gaulbladder out. Since then my stomach is pretty sensitive and some foods tend to go right through me. I am a bit disappointed this vitamin doesn’t have Calcium in it, as this is essential for fetal growth and development.
