   I have been taking this vitamin for 3 months and I can see the difference for myself. The quality of life is excellent, no more fatigue and lack of motivation to get out of bed, I have more energy, I can concentrate better and the mood has improved considerably. I highly recommend it.

   Great balance of vitamin D3 and K complex. This is my go-to source of vitamin D during the winter months from one of the few reputable supplement brands out of hundreds. I kive in the midwest, so October thru February it’s this, then only take a supplement with 2,000 IUs Mar-Sep to supplement my sun exposure

   bought these when I learned that I had vitamin D deficiency due to a genetic abnormality. The extra K helps me absorb vitamin D. I’ve had issues with rashes, rosacea, small patches of psoriasis, and eczema for most of my life. Since I started, these issues have pretty much disappeared (except for a very small amount or persistent periodic psoriasis in my eyebrows). I am very satisfied with this product.

   I switched to this vitamin last week and the results were noticeable after just one week. I feel like my mood has improved, my energy levels are higher, and I haven’t had a cold or any other type of illness since taking it!    bought this vitamin for my mother and she has been taking it for a few weeks now and she has had noticeable improvements.    First, let me say that 1000 mcg = 1 mg of iodine, which is low, so don’t let another customer’s review scare you. Dr. Brownstein recommends 12 mg per day. I take 6.25mg daily with good results. That said, it’s the best vitamin DI I’ve taken because it contains vitamin K. I feel better, my muscles don’t hurt, and my blue moods are gone. My low vitamin D level is now in the normal range.

    Great product, but it has me very concerned that the bottle size is seriously too large for the quantity. The bottle could hold (at least) five times – so 300 capsules. Companies need to start being more cognizant of this…

    I’m sure you have noticed that this formula is half of what it was 9 months ago. No, they did not reduce the price, just the potency so now you have to buy and consume twice as much. I choose my supplement brands wisely. I research their manufacturing and supply chain as well as outside laboratory testing of final products. Life Extension made the cut with just a few other brands but now I need to reconsider. Such a shame.
