Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), tapioca starch, gum arabic, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, L-ascorbic acid, and calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid.
Usage & Dosage
Take one (1) capsule every 5 days with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner. (EU label: 5-day dose = 125 mcg / 5000 IU per capsule. US label: 1 capsule daily.)
