Ingredients:
Black tea extract (leaf) [std. to 25% theaflavins]
Other ingredients:
Vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, silica.
Recommended use:
Take one (1) capsule daily with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take earlier in the day if you are sensitive to caffeine. Each serving contains less than 8 mg of caffeine (the amount found in about a 1/8 cup brewed green tea).
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not purchase if outer seal is broken or damaged.

This product relieves the pain in my legs. I only wish it came in a bigger size, like 90 capsules. But it really works. It’s a bit pricey and you can probably take it every other day to keep your costs down. Also, drinking black tea without milk or cream helps, but it takes about 5-6 cups a day to get the same results. By the way, Ecosupplements is a great company to do business with. I have been shopping with this company for about 10 years. Prices and service are great!
