Ingredients:
Vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopheryl succinate), Selenium (as Se-Methyl L-Selenocysteine, SelenoPure L-selenomethionine (yeast-free), sodium selenite)
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, silica, dicalcium phosphate.
Recommended use:
Take one (1) capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

I’m so glad I bought this. Also, I advise taking selenium during the winter months when our immune system is weaker than during the summer months.
