Ingredients:
Vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopheryl succinate), Selenium (as Se-Methyl L-Selenocysteine, SelenoPure L-selenomethionine (yeast-free), sodium selenite)
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, silica, dicalcium phosphate.
Recommended use:
Take one (1) capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

I’m so glad I bought this. I began to realize that the symptoms I was experiencing could be stemming from an unsupported liver that was essentially bogged down with all the junk we encountered on a daily basis. I take it daily because it acts as a powerful antioxidant, a crucial booster for immunity, and also helps support thyroid health, which is really essential for women. Also, I advise taking selenium during the winter months when our immune system is weaker than during the summer months. (I live in Northern Europe where the winter is super cold) As for the taste, it has none since it is in capsule.
