Recommended use:

haven’t been using it for long, but I researched this supplement and it was found to be very beneficial as it reduces inflammation and aging of the skin, promotes healthy nerve function, decreases heart disease risk factors and slow the progression of memory impairment. And the active moiety is the R- form which is large. Just make sure that if you suffer from any of the following problems, avoid taking it: Liver disease. Consumption of large amounts of alcohol. Diabetic (ALA is known to lower blood sugar levels) A thyroid disorder, or. Thiamine deficiency. Also be sure it interacts with certain medications/supplements such as: Devil’s Claw, Fenugreek, Garlic, Guar Gum, Horse Chestnut, Panax Ginseng, Psyllium and Siberian Ginseng, Aspirin Low Strength (Aspirin) I hope that was useful

This product has been great for me. I had lower back pain for a long time; I ended up having back surgery. Thereafter, I took painkillers as needed. It’s a very powerful antioxidant and it’s super good at fighting free radicals. I bought this product to help my body get rid of mercury and other heavy metals and support its vitality. I bought this one because the R-lipoid acid is better absorbed by the body than other “non-R” alpha-lipoid acids. It has a high potency of 240mg which is super awesome. Easy to swallow, medium sized capsules, not too big. There is no funny flavor. I take 1, sometimes 2 a day, with Vitamin C or Zeolite. I was recommended to buy it for heavy metal detoxification by chelation protocol. Its price is a bit expensive for only 60 capsules but you get 240mg for each one and it’s cheaper on Ecosupplements than in parapharmacies where I live. So that’s a fair bit. I like their blue packaging, it’s easy to open. Bottom line, it is highly recommended for metal detoxification and has many health benefits. Please do not increase the price!

It works great for my dad’s diabetes it was between 200 and 400 but thank goodness this product brought it down to between 90 and 250. We also had to reduce the insulin injection as it went down to 60 a few times. Please be careful when taking it if you have diabetes, you must monitor your diabetes level until you stop taking insulin if God heals it.

love that I found r-ALA at a decent dose. It works as a good value if you need more than 100mg at a time. I use it to help with nervous problems due to Sjogren. I feel like it also helps with energy.
