   This is my first time buying this product, and from my 1st week of use, I noticed that my skin is clearer and not dry either! I live in a tropical country so just a little time outside will make my skin look a bit darker, but when I started taking this product my skin is not so sensitive anymore. The ingredients are very safe; I studied them and they have no aftertaste. The quantity of the product is fair for its price, and I will definitely buy this product again. The size of each capsule is just right, you can even swallow 2 capsules at the same time without choking! It’s a good buy and a quality supplement because you can see the difference in just a week of taking it.

   believe this product contains high quality ingredients. The size of each capsule is not too big, but the dosage of 4 tablets per day is quite high. The pills have an odor, but no taste. I don’t think I noticed any benefit after taking these as recommended for a month. I tan, but I don’t burn easily or often, so maybe the effects would be more noticeable on someone who usually burns.

   Better UV protecting the skin from blue light and UVA and UVB from within. I’m from Singapore, we have high sunshine around 30 degrees Celsius and above and it’s getting warmer every year. It is a good complement to protect the cell from the inside.

   You should always use sunscreen with this if you have any activities under the sun, but otherwise it is helpful in protecting the skin from photoaging due to the quality ingredient in the right dosage. Repeat purchase for me. No taste if swallowed quickly with water. Will become acidic if you leave it in your mouth too long.

   It seems to work? I still have lots of freckles but I’m whiter than I would be which may or may not be a good thing lol I HOPE this at least keeps me from getting skin cancer.

   It’s so much better than buying retail from a pharmacy. The only pharmacy near me did not have this product and I had to pay almost double for the two separate active ingredients.

   This will be used in the sun, summer months. Being a sun lover, it’s impossible not to want to get vitamin D from the sun itself. Although we don’t want to have the bad effects of it at the same time. THE. is an excellent company and we recommend them. I wish their price was lower.

   Life extension is a high quality brand with extensive research and quality ingredients. I live in the southern hemisphere and the UV is high year round. The benefit of taking the Shade factor is noticeable. This is my third bottle and I always stock up when there is a sale to ensure my daily dosage of Polypodium Leucodium and Niacinamide weed. I first heard about it from dermatologist Dr. Dray on YT and went down the rabbit hole. There are plenty of verified studies on PubMed that are worth researching and reading if you are interested.     I added it to my vitamin regimen. No side effects. I have very fair skin and live in the south, so anything that can help protect against sun damage is important.
