About this product

SAMe (S-Adenosyl-Methionine) is supplied as enteric coated vegetarian tablets, with 30 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 200 mg of S-Adenosyl-Methionine.

Other ingredients include cellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer, mannitol, citric acid, stearic acid, silica, titanium dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glyceryl triacetate, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium and yellow ochre. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, and the product is certified gluten-free.

Directions

Take one (1) tablet two to six times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid.
