   This product really helps me fall asleep. Previously, I would get very restless and take a few hours to settle down. I take it an hour before bed and I can sleep quickly.

   This product has more than just melatonin. I don’t feel that is necessary. Also, does not “kick in” very fast and when it does, it is hard to rouse up.

   Works well with no drowsy mornings after sleep. I took the pill one night when I had a very busy mind. I fell into a gentle sleep and slept for an uninterrupted 7 hours which was trrrific.

   As a night shift worker of many years on strong sleeping pills it was my New Years resolution to quit heavy sleeping pills and although it took me 2 months of strong willpower this product definitely helped me in the process and I’m happy to say that I sleep well and wake up refreshed and yes I’m still working the graveyard shift. . . Great quality product for which I am eternally grateful. Easy to order, good size, no aftertaste and delivered to my door.

   This is the best melatonin I have used. Everyone reacts differently to each brand but I really like this one. I have to take it at 7 p.m. to fall asleep at 10 p.m. but no hangover.

    Quite often I start feeling groggy within 30 minutes to 1 hour of popping this – it knocks me out! On nights when I feel particularly anxious (big meeting the next day, etc.), I would wake up around 5am+ but I would have had a good night’s sleep by now if I went to bed early enough.
