   I was absolutely amazed. The product raised doubts about the accuracy of this price. It was too cheap for the price set and also gave me satisfaction I recommend it to people around me and I’m willing to buy it again

   I use it preventively… one capsule every other day with French maritime pine bark extract. I used it daily (both) after eye surgery which affected my eye pressure (previously had no problems) and my optic nerve.

   I guess it must be a good product, but I noticed more effects from the California Gold brand, which is also much cheaper than this one.

   think it’s a great vitamin, but it seems to give heartburn to people with sensitive stomachs. I would go for two days, then take a day off, then leave for another two and a half days, with a day or two off in between. It can be taken with food, which helps relieve stomach pain. Apart from this one downside, I admire its many benefits.

   Best aspirin substitute is also great anti aging and has done an amazing job for my dad’s vision especially after his open heart surgery in January.

   I had very bad leg cramps when I took an international flight. My doctor told me to take 100mg of Pycnogenol before taking off and after 8 hours to take another 100mg of Pycnogenol. I took the Pycnogenol twice and had no more leg cramps!!

   Science says that pycnogenol is one of the most powerful antioxidants. I’ve been using this for quite some time and I’m happy with it.

   Recently I got compliments on my skin/complexion for 2 days how beautiful and glowing my skin is and how I look like a million bucks :). I started taking Life Extension’s Pycnogenol intermittently 1 100mg capsule/day primarily to see improvement in the spider veins in my legs. I work in the field of varicose veins and practice sclerotherapy (and diligently wear socks or compression tights) but I wanted to see if I could help myself without chemical injections. I did not see any difference on my legs, then I learned that the recommended therapeutic effect was 150 mg/day, so I took 2 capsules (200 mg/day). Again, on and off – so not systematically – then we went back to 100 mg/day on and off, and the results are not there yet. However, it worked for my slightly uneven skin tone. I will be diligent in taking it daily for at least 2 consecutive months to observe the improvement in the vein. At the moment, I have finished the bottle of this brand and have moved on to the Solgar one. I ordered two different brands to try. After I’m done with the latter I might go back to this one, the capsule is smaller = easier to swallow. In terms of price, if taken 100mg per day, the cost per capsule for 2 months supply is lower for this brand (60 capsules in the bottle) compared to the last one (30 capsules in the bottle). Early Oct/22 I received my second order of Life Extension and instead of 60 capsules in the bottle there were 59. Not very impressed with that.

    Small sized powder capsules in a cute little bottle – easy to swallow, no weird tastes or smells. I bought it for its multiple skin benefits and to enhance my workout. I take it 30-60 minutes before I do my workouts on training days. I have just started taking it for about 1 week plus – no side effects so far and seems to be helping me with my workout streaks (can do just a bit more). It’s an expensive supplement so currently I don’t take it every day but every other day.
