Extend-Release Magnesium is supplied in capsule form, with 60 vegetarian capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 250 mg of magnesium, from magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate combined with rice seed concentrate.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, with carrageenan used as a gelling agent and potassium acetates as an acidity regulator. The remaining ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel) as a bulking agent and silicon dioxide (nano) as an anti-caking agent.
