A daily serving of 3 g provides vitamin A (as beta-carotene) at 4,536.0 µg (567% NRV), vitamin B12 at 13.1 µg (524% NRV), vitamin K at 78.3 µg (104% NRV) and iron at 2.2 mg (16% NRV), along with lutein, zeaxanthin, chlorophyll A and phycocyanin. The label states it does not contain typical allergens such as gluten, milk, soy or nuts, with the exception of natural sulfites which may occur in algae.
