Organic Selenium is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack. Each daily serving of one capsule provides 20 mg of organic black mustard seed extract (Brassica nigra), also known as Orgen-SE, of which 100 mcg is naturally occurring selenium, corresponding to 182% NRV.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and organic black mustard seed extract containing naturally occurring selenium. Organic rice flour is used as a bulking agent. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label.
