Grape Seed Extract is supplied in capsule form, with 300 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 300 mg of grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), standardized to 90% polyphenols, contributing 270 mg of polyphenols and 216 mg of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs, 80%).

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. No allergens are declared on the label, and the product is stated to be gluten-free.
