Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH-absorb delivers 200 mg of Ubiquinol per softgel, using the premium Kaneka QH® form — the active, reduced form of Coenzyme Q10. Each softgel is formulated in a base of medium chain triglycerides and sunflower lecithin.
Each pack contains 90 softgels, providing a full 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one softgel per day. The formula is gluten-free and lactose-free, and is stabilised with rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate to maintain quality throughout shelf life.

Ingredients
Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH®) 200 mg. Other ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract (antioxidant), mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).
Capsule shell: bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel (colour), carob extract.
Usage & Dosage
Adults take 1 softgel a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
