Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH-absorb contains 100 mg of Ubiquinol per softgel, in the premium form Kaneka QH™ — the active, reduced form of Coenzyme Q10 that the body can use directly.

Each pack contains 120 softgels, providing a generous supply at the standard dosage of one softgel per day, or up to 40 days at the recommended daily serving of three softgels (300 mg). The convenient softgel format makes it easy to include in your daily routine with a meal.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH) 100 mg. Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract (antioxidant), mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).

Softgel shell: bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel (color), carob extract.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times per day with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider. Recommended daily serving: 3 softgels (300 mg ubiquinol).
