   I took the Jarrow B-12 plus Folate which makes me super nauseous afterwards. I guess I don’t react well to folate. So I switched to that genre instead. The cherry flavor is much better than the lemon flavor, which is disgusting. I

    I bought this for my daughter who has the myhrf mutation. The size is good for a kid and the taste is good so my daughter eats it well. I recommend it because it’s portable and can be given instead of candy.
