Mg-Intercell is a magnesium citrate supplement supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack (63 g). Each capsule provides 150 mg of magnesium as magnesium citrate, equal to 40% NRV; two capsules provide 300 mg, equal to 80% NRV.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), and the ingredients also include magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. The label states the product is free from gluten, lactose, milk protein, soy, artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives, sweeteners, and genetically modified organisms, and contains no animal-derived ingredients.

Directions

1–2 capsules before meals, or optimally between meals, taken with a sufficient amount of water.
