About this product

BactoFlor 10/20 is supplied in capsule form, with 100 capsules per pack. Each capsule contains a mix of ten bacterial strains: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis and Enterococcus faecium, together totaling 20 x 10^9 colony-forming units per capsule, or 40 x 10^9 CFU across two capsules.

Other ingredients include inulin, a glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), potato starch, an antioxidant (ascorbic acid) and an anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The label states the product is free from gluten, lactose, milk protein, soy, artificial flavorings, colorings, preservatives, sweeteners, coating agents and GMOs, and contains no ingredients of animal origin.

Directions

1 capsule 1–2 times daily after meals with sufficient liquid. Recommended to take the preparation for at least two to three months. BactoFlor® 10/20 may also be taken for a longer period. To remove the capsule, tear the blister foil — do not push the capsule through the foil as it may be damaged.

Storage

Store in a closed container at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C), in a dry place, out of reach of small children. For storage periods exceeding three months, store in the refrigerator at 2°C–8°C.
