• Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose)
• Phytosterols
• Thickeners (Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum), Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose)
• Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate)
• Flavouring (Vanilla Flavouring)

Usage & Dosage

Take 5 tablets per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8g of plant sterols/stanols. Total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g (3,000mg) per day.
