Directions

For internal use: take 0.2 g of Live Mumio 1 or 2 times daily. Wash down with a cool, non-carbonated, alcohol-free liquid (juice, tea, herbs, water, milk, etc.). Best taken on an empty stomach and after the last evening meal. 0.2 g of mumio is approximately the size of a grain of rice. Do not use a larger portion, as the amount of mumio does not affect the speed of action. Mumio supplementation should be continued for 25 days. After this period, take a break of 5 to 8 days. If necessary, repeat supplementation. Do not take mumio at the same time as medications. It is recommended to allow a break of at least 20 to 30 minutes.
