This is a great vitamin & food based which is important. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that 2 capsules only contain 500mg

I turned to Garden of Life because other commercial brands were not helping my sister. Despite constantly taking vitamin C, his immune system was not stimulated or strengthened. RAW Vitamin C, with its natural ingredients and supplementation, has truly changed all that. My sister’s health is now much better and strengthened.

I think this is the highest quality vitamin CI I have ever tried. It does not contain any additives or sugar. Which is quite important to me. No taste since it is in capsules. I feel great when I take it with vitamin D (they ingest extremely well for me). The packaging is heavy. Please hit like if you enjoyed this review

Along with providing the extra vitamin C my body needs, it also provides enzymes that help with my digestion. I have been taking this supplement for over a year now and I am very satisfied with the effects it has brought to my health. I prefer the pack size of 120 capsules. In terms of acidity it has no impact on my stomach, it has no taste, the 500 mg dose is good but I would prefer a 1 g dose.

see a lot of vitamin c on the market. But this one grabs my attention because it’s extracted from raw, natural ingredients. (Food sources like our fruits and vegetables etc.) I like it and feel the body is able to absorb it better, it also has added probiotics and enzymes from the ingredients which in my opinion , is an advantage. Maybe not the cheapest vit c on the market, but I guess it’s the most natural form of vit c we can give our bodies.

love that you take Vitamin C daily (1000mg/2 capsules) or (2000mg/4 capsules) when I have the flu… I learned about 5 years ago that taking Vitamin C reduces my chances of catching the flu sneezing, running noses… what’s special about Vitamin C Raw from Garden of Life is that it contains natural ingredients from plants and herbs instead of genetics (asorbic acid). it also helps with hangovers and is easy on the stomach.

love this product! The vegetarian capsules do not cause me any allergies and the naturally extracted vitamins and ingredients help it to be better absorbed by my body. I feel safer taking this product than another lab-made product. It’s also gentle on my stomach and I feel more energized – it helps my immunity to recover, especially when I’m about to get sick. Our son used to get excessive flu during the change of seasons. Our doctor recommended taking vitamin C but wanted him to only give the raw option and not the ascorbic acid. We’ve been giving it to him for at least 3-4 years and now we don’t see any flu/cold symptoms.

One of the best vitamin C supplements I’ve tried from a high quality brand. Excellent natural ingredients. I prefer a natural vitamin C supplement like this because it contains plants that are naturally rich in vitamin C, instead of the synthetic plants and I can definitely feel the difference between them too. Works well for me to boost my immune system during burn seasons and other times when I need it or have a harder time getting enough vitamin C from food.

Arrived with parcel and secure. Quality assured, super nice ingredients and good size. The mg is not bad. There is a sour taste and I think that is quite normal for vitamin C, the important thing is the antioxidant it has and its effect and potency on my stomach body giving me immunity.
