   These vitamins were recommended to me before my first pregnancy and I took them before and during my first pregnancy, also while breastfeeding for about 8 months. I am trying to conceive so I ordered the same vitamins as I was so happy with my previous experience. Easy to swallow (the pills aren’t really small, but they are smooth and stick in your mouth) and no funky aftertaste, great quality of the ingredient. The daily ratio is 3 pills so I usually take one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner, so I always take them with food and it’s easier to remember.

   Assembly after taking for a week – Prenatal of good quality and natural. It is tasteless and easy to swallow. As far as ingredients go, it’s RAW (meaning no fillers, artificial flavors, additives, etc.), all food-derived, gluten-free, and with the right balance of nutrients I’m looking for! I was looking for good prenatal supplements that had the right amount of folate (not synthetic folic acid that is hard for our bodies to absorb) and other vitamins and minerals. The capsule size is not small but I have no problem swallowing them. At first I was hesitant to take 3 times a day, but that was no longer a problem. Note: I sometimes take 2 at a time when I forget and see no problem.

   We are trying to conceive and in our thirties. The Garden of Life ingredient is always of the highest quality. The taste is not as bad as other artificial fertility vitamins. The packaging and the size are also perfect. I take 2-3 tablets daily throughout the day for best effect. I have started a plant based diet and hope we can conceive soon.

   I’m trying to conceive so I’ve been taking these for a while now. They work like a regular multivitamin. For those complaining that they don’t contain calcium or magnesium – this was a smart move by the manufacturer, as you are NOT supposed to take them (Ca and Mg) at the same time as the iron! All 3 must be taken separately, at least 2 hours apart, or they will compete for absorption and you won’t have enough in your system. I will definitely continue to buy and take this product when I am pregnant.

   bought 2 large bottles for my daughter, who was taking a once daily prenatal vitamin that always made her nauseous, multiple times even when taken in the middle of a meal. She is in her third trimester. I asked him to take one on an empty stomach first, just to prove that this product wouldn’t do that to him. I had faith in this product because I heard the CEO of Garden of Life talking about his products. It doesn’t hurt his stomach!

   I’ve been taking these vitamins for over a year while trying to become pregnant, and actually through my first pregnancy. I’ve never felt sick from taking them at any time of the day. They have the proper balance of supplements for a healthy mom and baby (or babies – we’re expecting twins!) Id suggest this product to any mother to be.

   Every prenatal I took, I threw up. They were rude and horrible. The quality of everything from this brand and the fact that it comes from real, whole natural foods is a game changer. I didn’t vomit them once and was finally able to get my energy back because I needed vitamins during my pregnancy. The ingredients are all natural. I use 2-3 tablets a day. It’s super powerful. I recommend as a hack for people who have trouble taking their pregnancy while pregnant… I open the pills and put a fruit smoothie every morning and also add crushed flaxseeds and chia seeds and hemp and after 3 days of having a smoothie daily, my energy levels and happiness state totally changed in the 4th month. It is imperative.

    I love these vitamins. I am not trying to get pregnant or am pregnant but I love everything this vitamin is to offer. I always take it with food and never have a upset stomach. They seem to really help me in filling in the vitamins and minerals I am missing.

    I switched to this prenatal vitamin from another brand that was giving me some stomach issues during my first pregnancy. I used this vitamin again during my second pregnancy. It is on the pricey side, but the quality was worth it in my opinion. I didn’t like the thought of taking more than one pill a day, but I quickly got used to it. I had no stomach issues with this vitamin and I even seemed to regain a little energy back during my bout with anemia during my pregnancy while taking it. I would recommend it as a prenatal vitamin.

    I’ve bought and take garden of life prenatals for several years now. I feel like they make me feel better than any other prenatals I’ve taken! I love the fact that they are fruit, veggie and seed based and raw form. Highly Reccomend! I’ve taken in pregnancy and through postpartum and nursing! Excellent product!

    These contain everything my baby needs, minus a few ingredients that shouldn’t be taken at the same time. The size of the pill is easy to swallow, so taking it three times a day is no problem. I appreciate the packaging of the glass bottle. It looks very powerful. The only slight negative is the taste, which is normal for many multivitamins I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

    This was recommended to me by many of my friends. It is vegetarian with all minerals and vitamins needed before and during pregnancy. The issue that I had with this vitamin was you need to take 3 capsules every day but most of the time, I only remembered to take it once a day!
