It’s my favorite vitamin K supplement to take, and it reliably maintains stable levels of this important nutrient in my system. The pills themselves are a bit strange with their content of a black, oily substance – but it’s just a highly available form of vitamin K in a natural food base. More vitamins should be made like this.

used it during my pregnancy on the recommendation of my OBGYN with a dosage of one capsule every other day. It increased my vitamin K levels and kept them stable, so it’s good quality I believe. The ingredients are very clean, which I like. I did not see any side effects, because of taste or aftertaste there is none. It’s a pretty big package, so it goes a long way. I would repurchase since I saw the benefits.

Best product so far compared to what I bought before the quality is good the size is good value and the packaging was good so hopefully I will benefit from this product. The taste is not bad too. Its composition is good and anyone can incorporate it into their diet!

My diastolic BP was consistently in the 100-110 mm Hg range. Taking the raw K-complex reduced it to 80-90 and simultaneously there is about a 10 point reduction on the systolic reading too. I used to often feel warmth in my ears when someone said or did something that was not acceptable to me. Let’s go. I am much calmer now.

I always use them and they really help me A LOT. It’s a shame the price is high for regular use, but it’s the only K vit complex supplement I’ve seen available and a very good one, so worth it.

think this is a very good vitamin K option, as I prefer the most natural and complete dietary supplements available. My mother had high parathyroid levels and the resulting problems so she started taking vitamin K2. After a year of supplementation, his parathyroid levels had returned to normal. I can’t say it was all due to the vitamin K, but it sure could have helped her body lower her blood calcium levels.
