   started taking Vitamin D3 about a year ago and it has dramatically changed the quality of my health, including PMS symptoms have improved significantly. Even my therapist recommended that I take it regularly to help with mood and hormone regulation and it really changed the intensity of my hormonal mood swings to next to nothing! I’m so glad I added this to my regular routine!

   [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these might be the best quality vitamins I have ever tried. I do not have a single complaint about them. I love the blend that this D3 comes in. I can tell it is a high quality mix and it contains no unnecessary chemicals or additives. It contains lots of fruits and veggies which make me feel even better about consuming this vitamin every day. I also especially appreciate that a serving is only one capsule per day and not 2-4 capsules like many other supplements. Since this vitamin contains probiotics, I also see a difference in my digestion and bloating which is something I’ve always struggled with. But now I no longer have those issues. I also love that it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic. Lastly, I love that this company is a certified B-Corp so I feel comfortable using their products. Overall a truly wonderful supplement and I will certainly be repurchasing.

   I have tried different brands of vitamin D3 and I like this one because I think Garden of Life products use really healthy ingredients in their products. I take vitamin D to boost my immune system and my level is always in the upper range of what it should be. I think the quality of this product is one of the best on the market.

   we love Garden of Life vitamin products and use them daily, even for our children. great quality, food based plans and ingredients, dosage is reasonable. we live in a very hot country and can’t get out in the sun so this product has significantly combated our vitamin D deficiency. highly recommend

   What I love about the ingredients is that they contain live probiotics and enzymes. It helps with digestion. It’s a necessity for immunity, especially for those who live in areas where you get less sunlight and covid-19 is still prevalent. The capsule size is easy to swallow. Very well packaged.

It comes from vegetables and supports immune system, your bones and other organs. It also is good for your digestive system because probiotic. You only need 1 capsule a day as a daily supplement. None of which have made me feel any different but do bring up my D levels. This particular one, has many many dehydrated high potency foods in it as well, and as a result I feel more energy when using it.

    Since it’s 2000 IU per capsule, it’s easy to increase the dose when I need it. I love the added ingredients in the probiotics and enzymes part which are good for digestion. Good quality and good value for money. The capsule size is easy to swallow. If I don’t have enough sun, that’s my date!

    I like this brand because of its clear and high quality ingredients. Whenever I have vitamin D deficiency or can’t get out in the sun, I use this product. The effect is very fast. The size is good to swallow. The dosage is clearly written on the bottle.

Have noticed that my energy level as well is better since I started taking them almost a month ago. The only think I don’t like about the vitamins is they do give a bit of an aftertaste and I have had some hearburn witht hem as well. Overall a good supplement to keep your bodies nutrients in check.

I take two every day to help me not bruise so easily especially in the winter where I don’t get as much natural vitamin D from the sun. The capsules aren’t hard to swallow and I experience no side effects or burp back. Great product, highly recommend!
