Recommended use:

This probiotic is one of the best for women. It helped me with my bloating and also with all the intestinal problems that I may have encountered. The quality of the packaging is excellent and it does not need to be refrigerated. You cannot taste anything and have no aftertaste.

was introduced to this by a friend when I was suffering from recurring yeast infections that were hurting me both mentally and physically. I was already taking other probiotic supplements before this but it didn’t help much. I’ve been on it for almost 2 months and the infections haven’t come back. Although I read in the reviews that some issues were encountered after I started, I didn’t experience any side effects. The capsules are easy to consume and tasteless. But the packaging seems a bit excessive. The price is more expensive than others, but if it helps relieve symptoms and discomfort, it may be worth considering.

Tried them after suffering from infections all my life (utis, thrush and especially bv for the last five years). I’ve been taking them for just over 3 months now, and started taking them the last time I was prescribed metronidazole for an episode of bv which I was getting pretty much every month until the summer 2022. I can say so far so good! The infection has not returned and I feel so much more confident. I have tried so many brands of probiotics in the past but have never tried them because they are more expensive – well I got so desperate I gave in and they are worth every penny. I wish I had started taking it years ago because in the long run I would have saved money by not buying unnecessary treatments!

If you’re a woman and you’re sick of BV, you’ve come to the right page, girl! Allow me to share my personal story. I am 25 years old and have suffered from BV for 2 years. Endless flora tests, endless suppositories and antibiotic tablets prescribed by various gynecologists, lots of different probiotics (including some from Ecosupplements). I used to suffer from excessive discharge, odor, constant discomfort and never feeling confident… At the worst time I took the flora test it turned out that lactobacillus spp. were only 3% of my flora (when normally it’s supposed to be 90% and more!!!). In my case, it was mainly pathogenic microorganisms. Nothing seemed to help and after taking these for 3 months I took the test again and the lactobacilli are now at 86% which is huge progress for me! It was also very important to me that these probiotics didn’t need to be refrigerated, it’s very convenient. So I know it’s quite expensive but it’s definitely worth it! Even if none of these issues I’ve described above sound familiar to you, I would still recommend taking these probiotics at least once a year as a precaution, as well as finding a suitable female toilet with the correct PH . If you suffer from a burning sensation or have taken antibiotics that messed up your candida-causing hormones, you can take it. Within a few days I had some relief and now take it daily. Easy to take on an empty stomach or with food.

This is the best probiotic I have tried so far. The capsule size is small, so it is very easy to take. (See photos) I have been a loyal customer of this product for almost six months. I suffered from chronic constipation for over 20 years, even though I drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and exercise a lot, I still have constipation problems. I have tried different brands of probiotics and fiber gummies but nothing helped. This brand, however, helped me go to the bathroom regularly without feeling gassy like other brands. I can even go to the bathroom comfortably even though I haven’t eaten fruits and vegetables for days. I take 1 tablet in the morning when my stomach is empty to get the most out of the product. I will then feel the urge to go to the bathroom about 2-3 hours later. Not the “crazy urge” that makes me feel like I have to go right now. More like a regular routine craving, not crazy like taking laxatives. There are 2 variations of Garden of Life Woman probiotics (raw and unraw). I have tried both and they both work great. The RAW is smaller though, so it’s much easier to shoot. If you have trouble taking pills, go for the RAW. Otherwise, go for normal as RAW is slightly more expensive. If you suffer from chronic constipation, I recommend giving this product a try. It’s my lifeline!
