simple way to increase your vegetable intake! I drink it every morning to help me with my digestion and adult acne. I would mix one scoop with 240ml of room temperature water. It tastes “green” and gritty but is still easy to drink. This product has definitely helped my digestion and some acne relief.

Many “green powders” are currently available on the market, but the quality varies. We found this after our regular brand was out of stock for a while, and just like that, it’s raw and natural and with a minimal amount of ‘fillers’. This larger jar offers better value per serving.

I am SO happy with this green superfood powder! This will be such an easy addition to my morning smoothies and I’ll get some extra greens without even tasting them! I’m so glad I found a greens powder without stevia too. As with all Garden of Life products, I can trust the quality of the ingredients in this product. When just mixed with water, it’s bearable but not super delicious, fair warning!

Based on my research, this product is one of the best natural greens for quality, certifications, good blend of ingredients for your daily needs, and great taste compared to many greens on the market. The cons are a bit pricey and underdosed, but you can easily add 1.5-2 scoops to compensate. If you care about your health and appreciate a clean, fully certified natural product that tastes great/fresh. That would be an option for you. I highly recommend you give it a try, especially when they’re on sale! After taking a few jars, I can feel my immune system working better, I feel healthier overall, and I get sick less often, especially during winter cold and flu season.
