I love this stuff. Tastes great in a smoothie, or on its own with whatever type of milk I put in it. The vitamins give me a good boost of energy, and the probiotics seem to…uh…”work”. haha I’m not one to be very hungry in the morning, and that does the trick.

Use this product as a meal replacement for weight loss. Not so sweet which I prefer, keeps me feeling full for a while and I’m really impressed with how many ingredients there are in this powder and all high quality and natural. I continue to buy this product because I have found it to be the best on the market. A little more expensive than other meal replacement powders, but totally worth it with the high quality ingredients it contains and the benefits it has given me.

The shake does a good job of keeping me full 3-4 hours. The taste is horrible. Literally gag inducing. I mix it with another shake to make it more palatable. Whether you use milk or water it gives the same results in my experience. It’s grainy so be sure it shake it very well. Expensive, but it saves me time. OverLl it does whT I need it to do.

This is probably my 10th purchase of these. The ingredients are just beyond good. So many good things and a great amount of protein. It’s raw and it tasted amazing. Some people say chalky but hi think the taste is good. Just add a banana/avocado and some oat/almond milk and mix. But even with just water, it’s great. Your chest can’t bite the ingredients. It’s the best on the market

I have used Garden of Life Meal Replacements for several years. I switched to the chocolate flavor. Something has been bothering my digestion and I looked at the back of the jar of my wonderful tasting chocolate flavored meal replacement . I discovered that it contains erythritol. The ingredient list on this jar do not correspond to the ingredients shown on this product listing.. It is a bummer that I just purchased two more of the large jars of this product..

Excellent vegan protein and fortified powder! I’ve been loyal to the Vanilla Chai flavor for years but finally decided to try chocolate, and it’s just as good as Vanilla Chai. The Chocolate has 1017g while the Vanilla Chai has 907g so that’s a nice bonus.

was a bit skeptical about meal replacements at first, but I tried it and it’s so filling, I couldn’t believe it! I love food and I eat A LOT, but having this powder mixed with 50% milk and 50% water (plus half a banana for taste) was so satisfying! I also think its fiber content is really good as it has really helped me with my constipation. The taste is not bad, but the banana taste was the dominant taste. Please like my comment if you found it useful.

Most mornings I make a fruit smoothie about 2 hours before lunch and I always add a scoop of this meal replacement. Sometimes I don’t have time for a good lunch, so I know that I’ve had a good dose of nutrition in the middle of the day. I got the chocolate and I like it. It’s not overpowering so it blends well with the fruit. Highly recommend and will buy again.

One of the best quality meal replacements you will find anywhere. The raw ingredients mean it’s an elite blend, and the benefits can be felt faster because the raw compositions are easier to absorb. I’m on intermittent fasting for weight loss and this product gave me 100% meal, I’m lazy to cook, and this meal replacement doesn’t make me hungry for a total of 16 hours, complete nutrition for me. Pleasant taste and very good flavor to relieve my hunger.

Nothing I’ve tried comes close to Garden of Life Raw natural Meal replacement mix. When you consider there are 28 servings per 2.4lb. container not only is it nutritionally complete it’s also reasonably priced (for example a 2lb. container of Orgain meal replacement power is $39.99 but only has 16 servings per container). I mix one scoop of power with 12 ounces of non-fat lactose free milk and shake it up in a mixing cup. The chocolate taste is good and it is NOT sweet. Most other meal replacement drinks I’ve tried are WAY too sweet for me when mixed as directed (including Ecosupplements’s own ARO product which I don’t think they sell anymore). Not a problem with this GOL product. Highly recommended!

love that this product uses Stevia rather than some dodgy artificial sweetener. Its chocolatey flavor is sweet and rich enough that I mixed it with the unsweetened version of the product line – just a personal preference. The ingredients are healthy, so when my son started bodybuilding (like his dad) I gave him some as his main protein supplement. (By the way, you can get the Ecosupplements mixer bottles much cheaper than their non-Ecosupplements versions. Great color!)

This is my favorite protein/meal powder! The only one that tasted better is the Sunfood Warrior powder but they are much more expensive. It’s full of so many nourishing ingredients! Good quality. No digestive issues. I feel light and energetic when I do this. I add fruit and oats in a blender to make it more hearty and flavorful. The photo added spirulina for that lovely blue color.

I have been taking GOL for breakfast for 1.5 years. Very obvious result on the texture of the skin. My body got the necessary nutrients and the cells are repairing fast. It’s tasty, I also add GOl raw fiber in the drink. I filled my stomach and I’m not hungry for the next 3 hours. Highly recommend!
