It contains a high-quality source of coQ10 from chia seeds and is beneficial for the heart, brain and skin! I’ve heard of the Life Garden brand before, and the quality has been very well maintained. This Coenzyme Q10 has added probiotics on the original base and extracts various ingredients from natural vegetables and fruits. He feels very healthy. If there are activities in the future, I think I will buy more

can’t speak highly enough of this product! I have been taking it for just over a month now and have noticed such a difference in my energy levels. I’m not constantly tired and exhausted anymore, and I just feel healthier. I will definitely continue to use this product! I have been taking this CO-Q-10 for over a year and I love it! I think this is the only one on the market that is 200mg I think most are only 100mg. Not to mention it’s all natural and real which is what you want and need anyway. No synthetics! I love Garden of Life products. I am not paid by them, but I do vouch for their products. I take a multi vitamin from them and I also take their Raw- B12 and Raw vitamin C. Just overall an amazing product. Thank you!

As far as I know, as far as my own research goes, I’ll stick with this Raw CoQ10, 200mg. It seems to be the best choice of all CoQ10. It indicates that it is less heat treated. I have been buying exactly this product for years. I’ve passed it up lately due to price hikes, but got a pretty good deal so I’m glad I bought it again.

My doctor recommended that I start a probiotic. I did some research and this one comes highly recommended. I also found Ecosupplements had the best price online. It was delivered within a day which was very impressive. So far too early to tell the full benefits of a probiotic, but my stomach felt less bloated.

When I started taking CoQ10 – I bought Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 100mg. I took it for about 2 months but started to notice one day that I had a lot of anxiety for a few months and couldn’t figure out why. My daughter was also taking the same supplement and she mentioned the same thing. So I decided to do without it and try another brand. I came across Garden of Life Raw CoQ10 Chia Seed and purchased. My god what a difference it made. No more anxiety, lowered blood pressure and I feel so much better. I will never take any other CoQ10. I love this brand and highly recommend it to everyone.

I drastically changed my diet at the same time I started taking CoQ10-Chia Oil. Cholesterol went from 240 to 183. Triglycerides went from 266 to 146. LDL went from 148 to 110. I generally felt better after starting this supplement. I cannot tolerate statins. Also took Garden of Life Resveratrol and ate lots of seeded grapes and used grapeseed oil for cooking and salads. I cannot say which action provided the most effect but I am happy with my results.

am very happy with Garden of Life products and was very happy to find their RAW CoQ10 which is more bioavailable to the body. CoQ10 has many health benefits for heart health, diabetes, skin, and more. My husband’s heart problems are greatly reduced. I think CoQ10 played a role in his recovery.

Glad to have found the Raw and only great ingredients I’ve read about, the quality of this is a great product. I was told years ago that at any age you can start taking CoQ 10. I wish I had started earlier but while looking for this I found this one and I’m so happy. The benefits are great for your heart and more so for the body. I only take about a month and I seem to be doing well. Taking this is easy without taste.
