Recommended use:
Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8 oz of water or juice and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.

It was founded by a man who suffered from severe malnutrition and Crohn’s disease and it recovered primarily through the use of soil-based organisms, [SBO], a soil-based probiotic. He recovered. It is best used with betaine HCL and digestive enzymes for severe cases of malnutrition and dysbiosis. I suffered from it and I take these three elements to get better. So far, so good. The quality of the ingredients is quite reliable.
