There are two types of food-based multivitamins. This type is all from real foods. The other type is grown on a yeast cell culture and although marketed as a natural, natural, raw food multi, it is actually not that at all. It always creates a food base of yeast and cultivates the vitamins in it. If you really want a natural multi made with real natural foods, this is the one to buy and the price is pretty good considering it’s all food-based vitamins. Sure, the potencies are a far cry from other regular multis, but these will be much better absorbed and used as food by your body.

wonderful vitamin complex for men! First of all, the composition is nice – these multivitamins are made from whole food, natural and nutritious ingredients grown naturalally, without GMOs. happen to know others who have searched far and wide to find a multi formula that excludes the iodine mineral because too much iodine seems to negatively affect them, as it does for me. There was a really good one to find that was labeled a multi-allergy cap, but I found that had been discontinued due to financial issues with the manufacturer in Utah. Others had actually begged in reviews that it not be discontinued as it addressed their health needs going so far as to say survival. After extensive searching I couldn’t find anything close to what was discontinued, but this is the best replacement it seems to have found.

It contains most of the essential vitamins for a healthy body, including the B vitamins as well as some minerals necessary for the maintenance of good health. They are in the proper range as well as they are derived from food and therefore more bioavailable, you don’t need a high dosage to meet your daily needs. Perfect for those who want an natural, whole food based vegan multivitamin. However, there are also downsides, such as a lack of magnesium and calcium that most other manufacturers add to their offerings these days. Additionally, there is also a lack of digestive enzymes and probiotics. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good vitamin, on the contrary it’s one of the best whole food tablets. Don’t forget to supplement it with digestive enzymes, probiotics and immune boosters if you need them. Recommended!

The product was easy to open but the actual supplement itself had a different odor that we could not get over. As we were trying to take this. We did use a couple different beverages to take the supplement with but every time the overpowering odor of the supplement was such a deterrent that we stopped taking it.
