Garden of Life Herbals Liposomal Berberine provides 1 g of berberine per serving using an advanced Fiber Interlaced Liposomal Encapsulation technology, which encapsulates Berberis aristata root extract and cinnamon in sunflower lecithin.
Each serving also contains 200 µg chromium as Chromax® chromium picolinate (check the word) 500% of NRV and 250 million CFU Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
