The ingredients used to make this magnesium supplement are the only form that is gentle on my gut. All other forms caused stomach cramps and… well, excessive movement. The benefits for me are for managing sleep and hot flashes. Without it, I often wake up all night and have trouble falling back to sleep. I still wake some up, but not as often and am able to get back to sleep quickly. My husband uses it for muscle cramps. love this brand so much because they are into natural and non-GMO products and create products that are safe for the environment.
