Each capsule weighs 330 mg and provides vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg, biotin (as D-biotin) 500 µg, folic acid (as the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid) 400 µg, and vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 250 µg.

The ingredients include maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a glazing agent, pyridoxine hydrochloride, the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, D-biotin, methylcobalamin, and magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents.
