I’ve taken this particular brand for a few times now and really like it! I break the capsule and mix it with NMN in a little oil and I swallow it like that; resveratrol needs fat to be absorbed, so I take it in the morning as part of my supplement regimen; I find it really useful and of excellent quality, it really helps with my tired brain and my mental fog but it does much more than that! Generally this is considered a longevity supplement, I’m 52 and look 30 thanks to this and other supplements I take with a very healthy diet and exercise, including including regular SIs.

bought this product because I had read in an article on the Internet, about COVID-19 and the need for the elderly and young to strengthen the immune system, that Resveratrol has interesting anti-aging properties (skin, wrinkles and energy). I did a search on the Ecosupplements website and decided on this product. With regard to supplements, it is difficult to quantify the effects because, if any, they are only noticeable or visible after a long period of time. In this case, however, within 3 months and taking two capsules (1200mg), I discovered that my completely white hair was turning gray, i.e. I see a fair amount of black hair among the whites. Even the fingernails, which were prone to wavy deformities, are now strong and straight. These effects are not expected among the benefits of this supplement, but if white hair and slightly deformed nails are signs of old age, this supplement, along with other effects that may not be visible, is most likely a real anti-aging.

like the price and the purity of the product. Most others only have 20% trans resveratrol. Resveratrol is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. For dental reasons, I was advised to take it as a supplement. The funny thing is that this product also has anti-aging properties which aren’t necessary for my condition, but an added bonus. The supplement is relatively expensive in my opinion.

Excellent resveratrol – in the best possible form. I am very satisfied with the quality of Doctor’s Best products. I delayed my review, until I finished the whole bottle, because I really wanted to get a feel for it, rather than just typing a review. I will definitely order again, the 600mg capsule size is perfect – the capsules have no taste. I hope this will benefit my reproductive system. I am still satisfied with the package.

Good price, but unfortunately does not contain something like BioPerine to increase the absorption, and also includes a high number of inactive ingredients that I don’t think are very healthy.

bought it out of curiosity but it turned out to be a winner! Sometimes I feel my body swollen maybe because of my thyroid problem – inflammation. One day I decided to take this after dinner. Somehow, the next morning, my swollen hand and feet were gone. I wish the price was a bit lower but I think I found a good anti-inflammatory helper so I will continue to buy it.
