   liked it very much and it has many applications. Helps with leaky gut and gastrointestinal problems. I drink it in the morning and alternate it with collagen. Sometimes even an hour before training definitely gives strength for better performance. I also like that it’s a powder and there’s nothing extra added. Definitely the better option compared to capsules.

   put this l-glutamine powder in my fat-free smoothie! And I can recommend it! According to the medical community -L-glutamine: amino acid that removes toxins such as MSG from the brain and protects neurons.

   My pup had significant issues with his gut health. After months of antibiotics to get rid of the parasites and worms he had before I had him, his gut needed fixing. I added a spoonful to his water every day and he loved it. A month later, he is fine and has no bowel problems.

   A good quality brand that is also affordable. I take l-glutamine for gut health and have to say I’m really happy with the taste of the powder, and it dissolves much faster than other brands I’ve tried so far. So really pleased and will definitely have to buy again.

   It detoxifies the metals in my body which makes me feel better and prevents me from getting other diseases. The container is short for easy pick-up. The price is better than other sellers who make it. I mix it into a drink with other ingredients so I have no idea how it tastes. My doctor says it has improved my health by ridding my body of heavy metals.

   1st time trying this in powder form and so far so good. It is more cost effective to buy this than to buy the capsules since I only take 1/8 tsp, which is roughly equal to 500 grams. This jar will last a long time compared to capsules. I take it for my instinct and I believe it is a big help. Good quality. Not in bad taste.
