   After adding this product to my regimen of Biotin, Silica, and Solaray 50+ Timed Release Multivitamin supplements, a vertical split in my thumbnail is finally coming together after 10 years apart. Dermatologists told me that this nail was damaged forever almost 10 years ago. I can’t believe it myself, but once I added this supplement to my regimen, my toenail no longer splits and the toenail eventually grows solid without a horizontal split. Also, my new growing hair looks much healthier. The only negative point is the unpleasant smell of this supplement.

   Definitely a product I didn’t know I needed for my hair being in my thirties and having hair with less density on top really life changing and I’ve been using the product for about a month and plan to use it for the rest of my life and i will combine it with chelated copper to bring black back to the few grays

   It has many advantages. It helps reduce frizz. It helped me get thickness in my hair after my hair transplant. It tastes good though. The size is also correct. The dosage is one capsule, which is great. The quality of Doctor’s Best supplements is excellent. The ingredients have never caused any side effects.

   there is a slight fishy taste when taken with water, the dosage is nice and high 500mg, I used to take 1000mg, the capsule size is rather large, so keep keep that in mind if you can’t take it easy. advantage I noticed but of course you have to eat well so that the hair and nails are better, the vitamin cannot be used as a meal lol. the quality of the ingredients is good, has a few fillers, for now i stop taking it, recommend it to anyone who wants to maintain and strengthen hair and nails but be sure to eat something like a carn!vore diet
