Bromelain is an enzyme derived from pineapple stem and fruit that has proteolytic (protein-digesting) properties. How does it work?
Bromelain has the ability to activate various immune cells and their cytokines. Cytokines are signaling molecules secreted by immune cells that act as messengers to alert other immune cells. In vitro trials have shown that bromelain can alter immune cell secretion of cytokines in a way that would be favorable for maintaining balance in the human immune system. There is also in vitro evidence that bromelain can alter T cell signal transduction, facilitating immune cell communication, which would also contribute to a balanced immune response in the human body. Bromelain does so through its proteolytic activity of cleaving proteins from the surface of cells. Several important human proteins affected include fibrin, albumin, casein, angiotensin II and bradykinin. Bruises are collections of blood under the skin that heal by breaking up and then being reabsorbed by skin tissues. Very good quality enzymes with excellent ingredients for the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, fats helping the digestion of lactose from milk, beans, fibers. Good size capsules to swallow and good dosage for me. The capsules have no taste. I have a hard time digesting mostly fats and this product works great for me.

I followed the directions & took 1 capsule after eating. 5 minutes later, I had a stomach ache & felt overly full. The feeling lasted for over 12 hours. Other websites have reviews where customers had the same problem. Normally, I don’t have a sensitive stomach. I had a very bad reaction to this.

take them daily and after some research I found this to be the best potency and I’m happy. Bromelain comes from pineapple. I started taking them when I found out from a friend who is testing all sorts of products in a lab against covid that it worked. All I can tell you is that I had covid and I used this supplement among others and my covid only lasted a few days and I have 5 comorbidities. I also continue to use it as I had cancer and it seems bromelain has anti-cancer properties as well. Remember these are just my experiences and I take other supplements as well. I take them in the morning. When I had covid I used to take it twice a day but now I only take it once a day.

Hi, I gave Bromelain a good review because the doctor told me that if I didn’t reduce my protein intake, I would continue to have health problems. However, protein is a habit I couldn’t break, so I tried countless other enzymes. In the end, Bromelain emerged victorious. With proper exercise, I could overdo it a bit with my protein intake.

This is the very first bromelain supplement that I tried and it has proven to be the best. I can not find another brand that offers as high of gdu’s, especially at the Ecosupplements price. It doesn’t make me hangry/hungry (as some enzymes can do, to me) and it doesn’t cause weird allergic reactions (other brands also do that to me). There’s no comparison. This is the best!

If you notice swelling in your leg, there’s probably a clot involved. Bromelain extracted from the heart of the pineapple is the easiest and cheapest way to temporarily remedy the situation. Better than any pharmaceutical product. You then need to address the underlying cause of the problem. (i.e. lack of exercise and poor diet, nothing you don’t already know} That’s up to you. But keep bromelain on hand to effect rapid resolution of swelling. J hope this helps.(Always use with care and understanding of your particular needs and medical situation, it goes without saying, but some need to read it.)
