What is Doctor’s Best Curcumin C3 Complex?
Doctor’s Best Curcumin C3 Complex is a potent antioxidant that protects cells and tissues by fighting free radicals. It is also proven to support healthy joint function. Curcumin C3 Complex contains a standardized extract of Curcuma longa root and supplies 95% total curcuminoids, including curcumin, bisdemethoxy curcumin and demethoxy curcumin. As curcumin is difficult to absorb we add, BioPerine, an extract of Black Pepper fruit that contains 95-98% piperine, as a natural bioenhancer.
How does it work?

purchased this product several years ago on the recommendation of a paramedic friend. Many years ago I had serious problems with unbearable pain in both knees following two accidents which caused tears in the cartilage. Four years ago, I had osteoarthritis in both knees. The orthopedic surgeons didn’t want to replace my knees, because “I was too young”, and the replacement knees had to be replaced 10 to 15 years later. I was on a rotating band of painkillers, including morphine patches and morphine pills. I would take one painkiller for about a week, then I would switch to another, non-stop. I was convinced that I would eventually become addicted. Two weeks after starting this product, my knee pain has decreased significantly. A week later, I stopped all my painkillers. I still had some pain, but it was insignificant compared to before. This product gave me two years of minimal manageable pain, then I had both knees replaced. I am still taking this product, but at a much reduced level.

it’s really high quality, take it with msm/chondroitin/glucosamine and it works. I was 2 supposed to go for meniscus tear repair surgery and for almost 3 years I didn’t, thanks to these 2 ingredients and its anti-inflammatory properties. The size of the tablet is of medium ease like 2 swallows. cheers

I was recommended to take Circumin for joint pains. Doctor’s Best is a trusted brand & the price is good value for money.The size of the tablet is not too big & its manageable to swallow easily. Its still early days as I have just started on this but am giving it a try to see if it works.

Curcumin is a powerful anti-inflammatory and is a very strong antioxidant. I take it for my joint pain. It helps because my knees and elbows no longer hurt. Sometimes I have a little back pain, but the pain was gone in a day or two. I will continue to take this product. I like that it’s stronger and has black pepper to aid absorption.
