Our natural Mushroom Decaffeinated Coffee is a combination of natural 100% decaffeinated Arabica coffee and functional, certified natural mushroom extracts from the fruiting bodies of Turkey Tail, Lion’s Mane, and Cordyceps mushrooms.
Our coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Decaf Process, a method of decaffeinating coffee that is both chemical-free and 99.9% effective at removing caffeine without sacrificing flavor.
All mushrooms were grown naturally on nutrient-rich wood or vegan substrate, yielding potent and high-quality extracts with a standardisation of 30% beta-D-glucan polysaccharides, the most important compound in mushrooms.
We use temperature-controlled technology to get the valuable functional components from the mushroom cells. This advanced production method lets us get the highest levels of active nutrients, which gives us full-spectrum extracts.
