About this product

Pure DHA is supplied in soft gel capsule form, with 90 capsules per pack. The capsules are made from purified arctic fish oil, with a gelatine (fish) capsule shell, glycerine, purified water, natural flavors, mixed tocopherols, sunflower lecithin and ascorbyl palmitate.

A serving of 6 softgels provides 360 mg total omega-3 fatty acids, including 180 mg DHA, 120 mg EPA and 60 mg other omega-3 fatty acids, along with 15 calories, 2 g total fat and less than 1 g saturated fat.

The product contains fish and is free from milk, eggs, wheat, yeast or maize, with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. It is gluten free and lactose free.

Directions

Children aged 1–3 years: 6 softgels per day with plenty of water, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Infants 6–12 months: 1–3 softgels daily (open softgel). Children 4+ years: 6–9 softgels daily.
