   have been using vitamin D3 from this brand for a very long time. One of the most competitive D3 vitamins. And from a reputable company. The quality is good, the ingredient is good, the packaging is a standard bottle. The pill size is small hence easy to swallow. The dosage is what it says.

   take carlson elite omega 3 plus d&k but it only contains vit d3 2000iu. I need to add another 3000iu to get a total of 5000iu. fortunately carlson saw d3 2000iu n 1000iu separately.

   I’ve been taking it for a month with other multi-vitamins. Carlson Labs seems to be high quality based on Labdoor reviews, so I decided to trust this brand. The dosage is simple with only 1 tablet. The tablet size is small and very easy to swallow. I don’t feel any immediate effects but according to Dr. Berg’s video (see Youtube), vitamin D is essential for building up immunity which is absolutely necessary in our time.
