This fish oil supplement is supplied in softgel form, with 150 soft gels in total (120 plus 30) per pack. The serving size is 2 soft gels, with 75 servings per container. Each serving provides 2000 mg of Norwegian fish oil concentrate, delivering 700 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 360 mg EPA, 240 mg DHA and 100 mg other omega-3s, with the omega-3 fatty acids present as triglycerides. Each serving also provides 13.4 mg (10 IU) of vitamin E as natural D-alpha tocopherol, equal to 112% NRV.

The ingredients are Norwegian fish oil (from anchovies, sardines and mackerel), D-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E), a gelatin (bovine) capsule shell, glycerin as a humectant, water, natural lemon flavor and mixed natural tocopherols as an antioxidant.
