Norwegian Salmon Oil is supplied in softgel form, with a pack of 180 + 50 softgels. Each serving of 2 softgels provides 2 g of salmon oil, containing 500 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 220 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA, along with 13.40 mg of vitamin E (as natural d-alpha tocopherol).

The ingredients are Norwegian salmon oil, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) and natural mixed tocopherols. The softgel shell is made from beef gelatin, glycerin and water. The product contains fish (salmon, anchovy, sardine, mackerel) and is labelled lactose free.
