Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Just 10 sprays deliver a minimum of 100 mg of elemental magnesium, equivalent to 28% of the Nutrient Reference Value, providing a convenient daily top-up without the need for tablets or capsules.
With approximately 600 sprays per bottle, this 100 ml spray provides a generous supply for consistent, everyday use. It is suitable for adults, children, and during pregnancy, and is fully appropriate for vegetarians and vegans.
Nutrition Facts

| Elemental Magnesium | 100 mg (28% NRV) |
Ingredients
Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate – 15% concentration).
Usage & Dosage
Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideally after showering or before sleep. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. 10 sprays deliver a minimum of 100 mg (28% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Contains approx. 600 sprays.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores; this will pass with regular use. Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
